猎头职位：服务产品规划专家(客户支持服务部）

工作地点：深圳/海外

Responsibilities:
1. Develop Business Plan of CS Services (Customer Support Services: Technical Support, Repair & Return, Post-

Warranty Services and MV-SPOC, MV-SPMS) based on Company’s strategy and customers’ demands.

2. Set up SOP (Standard of Operational Procedures) on CS Services products and solutions and execute SOP at 

three levels (Corporate, Regional and Country Level).

3. Assist Director of CS Service Development Dept. and Director of Sales Support Dept. in Headquarter to plan 

and develop competency of experts or SME on CS Services product and solutions development.

4. Play a role as senior expert or SME to provide training and seminar with CS PL (Product Line) on planning and 

implementation of CS Services product and solutions.

5. Support and facilitate CS PL on globalization and localization by driving application of English and professional 

working style at three level in organization.

Qualifications：

1、Be able to discern the network and technology trend, and deliver at least one corporate major 

multi-product network technical service project: planning major service, technical service solution innovation and 

implementation. 

2、Be able to communicate and provide solution to customer about the network operation, telecom service business 

development and innovation, OPEX yield, etc. 

3、 Being in the telecom strategy planning or consultancy industry for 5+ years. Or being in the telecom service sales/

delivery industry for 10+ years. Or being in the sales or service field in multi-national company for 10+ years.

4、Instruct senior engineer to analyze customer demand, develop deliverable service product, plan 

and manage service products, set pricing strategy, and be able to cultivate mainstay staff.

5、English: Fluent.

6、 Bachelor or above, Electron communication and Computer Science specialty will be an added advantage.
