S&S processes and operations

  1. Understanding Clients' recruitment needs
    We contact both HR department and the department who have directly recruitment needs to get more detail information about the positions which will enable us to do the following work more efficient.
  2. Signing S&S service contact
    We both sides negotiated and sign the service contact. Normally in the Chinese market, we do not charge the clients deposit or the first payment before we service them. This will reduce the risk for the clients.
  3. Making recruiting plan
    We analyze the channels to search for the candidates and make recruiting plan.
  4. Searching the candidates
    We use our sources to find the suitable candidates to our clients with their CV and assessment report based on their interview behavior.
  5. Arranging interviews
    We help our client to arrange interviews with the selected candidates, and if needed, we also assist them to negotiate with the candidates about the position and salaries.
  6. Sending offers
    Our clients will send offers to the successful candidates who pass all the interviews. And our job is almost done.
  7. Paying service fees
    After the candidates on board, our client will pay us service fees. But if the candidates don’t make through their intern period, we have the obligation to find another candidates to replace he or she.
